As an SEC-registered RIA, CleverAlpha acts as a fiduciary — we are legally required to act in your best interest at all times. Our advisory services are subject to the terms of your individual Investment Advisory Agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by FINRA, where applicable, or through the courts specified in the Governing Law section above.
