Purpose and Scope
From time to time, CleverAlpha (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”) is required by law or for operational efficiency to provide you with certain notices, disclosures, and other documents in an electronic format. This Disclosure explains the terms and conditions under which we provide such documents via our secure digital platform and the DocuSign system. By proceeding, you agree to receive, access, and sign these documents electronically.
Access, Storage, and Legal Validity
Electronic Access:
You acknowledge that you possess the necessary hardware and software to access, view, download, and print electronic records provided by us.
Secure Storage:
All electronic records and signatures will be maintained in a secure, tamper-evident format in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
Legal Effect:
Your electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures.
Obtaining Paper Copies
Immediate Access:
During and immediately after your signing session, you will have the option to download or print documents directly from the DocuSign system.
Subsequent Requests:
At any time, you may request a paper copy of any electronic record by emailing us at support@cleveralpha.com.
Consequences of Withdrawing Consent
If you elect to receive communications solely by paper:
Delayed Service:
Paper delivery is inherently slower than electronic transmission, which may delay transaction processing or service delivery.
Loss of Electronic Convenience:
You will no longer be able to utilize the DocuSign system for receiving or signing documents electronically until you re-consent in writing.
Ongoing Obligations:
Withdrawing electronic consent does not affect the legal validity of prior electronic records or signatures.
Updating Your Contact Information
To ensure you receive electronic notices and disclosures promptly, please update your contact information if it changes. You may do so by:
Sending an email to support@cleveralpha.com with your updated details, or
Updating your email address directly through your DocuSign account preferences (if applicable).
Required Hardware and Software
Your device must meet the current system requirements for accessing and signing documents via the DocuSign system. The latest system requirements are available at:
